the usa declared martial law and suspended the Constitution before I was born. our rights suspended, the first thing our government did was incorporate as a private commercial enterprise and leverage all publicly held assets as collateral against a private loan from the bank of England. This included its labor force, as represented by our birth certificates.
The Bank didn't want to get paid back - the bank wanted a lien on all assets, including labor as capital. the bank wanted commercial law to replace common law.
the federal reserve and the thirteenth amendment were creations not of the founding fathers but the banking empire they were rebelling against.
This government isn't illegal. This government is legally unlawful.
